Is Orange Car Carriers a broker or do you have your own trucks?


We have our own trucks and drivers and a network of carriers at our fingertips. When you book your vehicle to be transported with Orange Car Carriers we take care of all the worry. Wether it is one of our trucks that transports your vehicle or one of our trusted carriers that are also family owned companies, making a vast transport network, We at Orange Car Carriers are proudly family owned and operated, Based in Orange NSW, we service the entire Central and West of NSW as well as Sydney, Wollongong, Newcastle, Tamworth, ACT, South East QLD and VIC.


Is my vehicle covered by Insurance?


No, Orange Car Carriers does not offer Motor Vehicle Insurance for your vehicle whilst in transit. Orange Car Carriers suggest that you have your own insurance to cover your vehicle whilst in transit. However Orange Car Carriers can provide insurance on your vehicle at a premium contact Orange Car Carriers for a Quote,


Can I leave personal items in the vehicle?


Orange Car Carriers is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle whilst in transit. Items left in the vehicle are done so at the owners responsibility. We do ask that the items be secure and not weigh down the vehicle in transit.


Do you transport non running or accident damaged vehicles?


Orange Car Carriers does not provide transport for non running, However we can provide a transport service for accident damaged vehicles dependent on the condition and location of the vehicle. Please contact Operations ph:0499249750


Do you transport Trailers, Motorcycles, Caravans or Boats?


No, we do not provide transport for Trailers, Motorcycles, Caravans or Boats.


Do I need to remove all external accessories?


Orange Car Carriers recommends that any external accessory that could be subject to interference whilst in transit be removed e.g. weather shields, rear window louvers and after market aerials.


Is it a requirement for someone to be present at the time of pickup and delivery of the car?

Yes, a vehicle inspection report will need to be signed and the keys handed over to our driver. If this is not possible please discuss alternate arrangements with Orange Car Carriers operations ph:0499249750


How long will it take to transport my vehicle?

What payment methods do you accept?


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Direct Deposit, Money order and Bank Cheque. Cash payments are accepted.

All private bookings must be prepaid prior to your vehicle being transported
